Search for verified travellers flying your route. Filter by date, weight needed, and price. Browse traveller profiles including their ratings and past delivery history.

Book & Pay Securely

Book your required weight and pay by credit or debit card in AUD. Your payment is held in secure escrow by Stripe — it is never released until the delivery is confirmed.

Hand Over Your Item

Meet the traveller at the agreed location. Both of you confirm the handover with a photo. The item is inspected by the traveller — they have the right to refuse anything suspicious.

Your recipient receives the item at the destination. You confirm delivery in your dashboard within 72 hours. Payment is released automatically to the traveller.

Is it legal to carry items for others on a flight? +
Yes — it is legal to carry personal items for others as long as you know what you are carrying, have inspected the items, and they comply with customs regulations in both countries. You must never carry prohibited items, undeclared cash over the legal threshold, or anything you haven’t personally inspected.
What happens if an item is lost or damaged? +
Disputes are handled by our admin team. The payment gates protect both parties — the traveller only receives full payment after confirmed delivery. In cases of loss or damage, we review all evidence including handover photos and boarding passes before making a decision.
What currency are all payments in? +
All payments on OneRoomEarth are in Australian Dollars (AUD). International customers from Bangladesh, UK, USA and Canada pay by credit or debit card — Stripe automatically handles the foreign exchange conversion at the time of payment.
How long does traveller verification take? +
Traveller verification typically takes 24–48 hours. You’ll need to submit a government-issued photo ID, a selfie, and verify your email and phone number. Our admin team reviews all applications manually to ensure platform safety.
Can I cancel a booking? +
Yes — cancellations are allowed before the handover takes place. If the traveller cancels, the customer receives a 100% refund. If the customer cancels before handover, they receive a 90% refund. Cancellations after handover are not permitted and will be treated as a dispute.
What items are prohibited? +
Prohibited items include cash, liquids over 100ml, perishable food, weapons, illegal substances, counterfeit goods, live animals, and hazardous materials. See our full Prohibited Items list for complete details before booking or posting a trip.
